This course provides an overview of the key concepts and principles related to natural resources management and sustainability. It covers a range of topics such as natural resource usages, conservation, renewable and non-renewable energy, biodiversity, climate change, and sustainable development. The course also explores interdisciplinary interfaces of the economic, social, and political dimensions of natural resource management and sustainability.
Course Objectives: By the end of the course, students will be able to:

- Identify and evaluate the natural resources and their impact on the environment.
- Analyse the concept and international cases studies of sustainable development and its implications for natural resource management.
