The Center for Innovative Teaching serves as the central hub within the Faculty of Society and Economics for consolidating expertise in university didactics and fostering exchange on innovative teaching and learning formats. The foundation of the Center for Innovative Teaching lies in developing a shared understanding of teaching and learning within the faculty. The organizational structure of the center provides the opportunity for active collaboration in developing innovative teaching and learning formats through ongoing exchange, utilizing and advancing existing university laboratories, and embracing the approach of research-based learning. This exchange extends beyond faculty educators to include students and other stakeholders, such as central university entities, external collaborations, experts in adult education, and practitioners. Together, future-oriented models and projects aligned with university didactic research are developed and implemented.
